The PC SOLUTIONS / DMEFREE / SIMPLECLAIMS CLEARINGHOUSE  will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2009 in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. Claims and Statements processing will follow their normal processing schedule.

CEDI Gateway Is Not Processing Files Received

Attention All CEDI Trading Partners, Suppliers, Billing Services, Clearinghouses, and Vendors
 
National Government Services, Inc. CEDI has been able to receive but unable to process files received since approximately 2:09 a.m. ET Monday June 22, 2009.  Because of this issue, CEDI is unable to produce any TA1, TRN, 997 or GenResponse Reports.
 
CEDI is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  Once this has been resolved, all files received will be processed and all CEDI front-end reports (TA1, TRN, 997 and GenReponse) will be produced and returned to the Trading Partner.
 
Please do not resubmit your files as this will cause delays due to having to process additional unnecessary files. 
 
CEDI will send a follow up listserv when this issue has been resolved.
