Mondays DMERC Reports Delayed

CEDI didnt make any announcement, so after calling the help desk it was discovered that CEDI couldnt get the claims over to the DMERC's yesterday,,, they were finally sent and the reports for Monday will be available (we hope)
on Wednesday.

PC SOLUTIONS / DMEFREE support Center will be closed onThursday, November 27, 2008 in observance of the Thanksgiving Day Holiday.

The PC SOLUTIONS / DMEFREE Support Center will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2008 and Friday November 28, 2008 in observance of the Thanksgiving Day Holiday.

DMEFREE Notify: Claims: CPIDs 1786, 8561 Avera Health Plan

DMEFREE has recently been notified that the current claims routing method for CPIDs 1786, 8561 Avera Health Plan has been terminated. As DMEFREE continues to research another connection, we have temporarily discontinued accepting claims submitted to these CPIDs into our system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will provide additional information as it is received.

Action Needed: Providers will need to submit these claims on paper until further notice.
